Ownership & Payment Terms
All golf carts and items remain the property of The Golf Cart Shop until paid for in full. No carts will be delivered until final payment has reflected in our bank account. -
Parts & Accessories
All prices quoted on parts and accessories exclude courier fees and labour for fitment. No parts will leave the premises until payment has been made in full. -
Refunds & Returns
No refunds or returns will be accepted for correctly supplied items. No refunds or returns will be accepted for any electrical items sold. -
Unpaid Repairs
If repaired items are not paid for within 30 days of completion, The Golf Cart Shop reserves the right to sell those items to recover the cost of repairs. -
Job Cancellations
A 10% handling fee will be charged on all jobs cancelled after written or verbal go-ahead has been given. -
Electronic Repairs
No warranty will be provided on any electronic repairs if the repaired components are reinstalled into defective golf carts. Any such repairs will be done at the customer’s full expense. -
Risk & Liability
The Golf Cart Shop, its owners, employees, and representatives shall not be held liable for any loss or damage to components during transit. It is the responsibility of the golf cart owner to ensure that all carts collected from or stored at The Golf Cart Shop are properly insured.
